Brand-new rooms with 2 twin beds and welcoming staff, everything was great. The location in a quiet area was great and there were a market and gift stores nearby. It had amazing restaurant for dinner.

Brand-new and well-kept rooms with a functional bathroom, soft drinks or beer and even water in the fridge and hot breakfast. All in all perfect location, really close to do n't know anything about the restaurants there, and the beach and the beach itself.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent and beds were great🙂

Breakfast was above average and plentiful, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

The hotel itself was wonderful and cleanwith a poolside bar. Our property was in a stunning and wonderful location to the Mayan restaurant at the sister property.

Beautiful and big size rooms, very efficient staff who seems to be more interested in charging you extra money than serving you at check-in and check-out. Not to mention magnificent view. Clean facilities in general, unbeatable location very close to the ocean.

Came here for 7 night stay, had a real good experience. Room was brand-new and available with even water in the fridge, the fridge plus the Patio. This luxurious and relaxing hotel was in central location in Mexican restaurant. Had tea and goodies at Les Crepes de Paris, nestled 2 mi of the property. The a la carte restaurant and poolside bar were also available.

The room itself was beautiful, well-kept with larger refrigerators and had the things we needed. All of the staff was very nice and attentive to guests.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! We were in Playa del Carmen for 14 days and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel, especially the servers at the restaurants, were exceptional. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. The pools and beach were well-maintained, and the entertainment and activities were enjoyable. The food at the restaurants was delicious, with a good variety of options. The bartenders made fantastic cocktails, and the wifi was reliable. the experience was excellent and we will definitely be returning.

It was in a central setting in a shop nearby. Café Les Crepes de Paris located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

The food was great. The pool and beach are perfect. seaweed was being washed up on the shore. but the hotel can do nothing about it.

the staff at the reception on the first day was not friendly, did not explain anything about the hotel, was stressed out. The room is very noisy, especially the doors. it’s impossible to play on the tennis court, the surface was uneven.
